The main aim of these publications is to inform the civil society actors as well as general public about the project activities and achieved results, to provide information on co-financiers of the project as well as to promote partnership between EP and Regional Partners that take part in realization of project activities. Further on, these publications offer information on the activities of local and international organizations active in the territory of Serbia, Kosovo and FYROM, promotion of democratic processes, values and structures, as well as strengthening and creation of the modern democratic civil society.

Newsletters serve as a meeting point for presentation of information concerning meetings, conferences, seminars, training/workshops and other publications and informative materials relevant to the overall civil society and therefore they present an appropriate way for transfer of know-how, expertise and techniques necessary for professional functioning of NGOs whose task is to communicate with representative structures of the civil society within their local communities, to develop cooperation with the same ones, to be open to all the interested parties in the local communities and to be at disposal with their know-how, experience and expertise. Newsletters promote media and their relationship towards NGOs since media are partners and implementing mechanisms of the project as well as NGOs and other active institutions of the civil society.

Eventually, the final goal of the newsletters is exchange of important information and experiences concerning the status of the civil society in Serbia, Kosovo and FYROM, strengthening of the relationship between the actors of the civil society, professionalization of the civil society organizations networks that contribute development of well educated and experienced teams which could face the ongoing transition process towards integration within the EU.
