European Perspective has monitored the implementation of quite a lot of the local partners' activities and the conclusion is that each of those activities was taken very seriously and professionally. Possible problems are being solved on the way and in a constructive manner so that there is constant improvement in the functioning  of the resource centres.

The purpose of the radio and TV broadcasts on the local radio and television stations was to rouse the citizens to active participation in solving problems of the local community, active involvement of the citizens in the work of the local government, presenting the public with the work of NGO sector and other institutions of the civil society, promotion of human rights and democracy and facing the problems of the young.

Awareness meetings and two-day training workshops with approximately the same topics have resulted in the constant increase in the number of participants, which is a definite indicator of the level of interest of all the actors of the civil society, including NGOs, local authorities, the media and the public in general. The awareness meetings were attended by over 600 participants, the two-day trainings were attended by over 350 trainees whereas the wider public followed up all the activities through the "Radio network" and the "TV network" as well as through the Newsletter, distributed to more than 1000 addresses. The goals thus accomplished refer to the accentuating of the key role of NGOs in the process of democratisation, involvement of NGOs in the privatisation process as well as perceiving the current privatisation process in the country, development of dialogue among the government, trade unions, NGOs, independent media and expert groups, bringing NGOs as the civil society element closer to the local population, definining the concept of tolerance, non-violent communication and peaceful conflict resolution, finding models for solving problems of the young, development and strengthening of NGOs including quick training of the non-profit sector representatives which includes strategic planning within NGOs, NGO management, project proposal writing, financing of NGOs, NGO marketing, NGOs and public relations, volunteer management, partnerships and networking.

A Central Resource Centre has been established, as well as an Information and Documentation Centre, which will be vested in European Perspective.
