CDHRF expand the points of the regional programme for strengthening capacities in Kosovo

THE CIVIL SOCIETY COOPERATE WITH THE INSTITUTIONS

Ibrahim Makolli says that in order to improve the civil society, the full cooperation between Kosovo and UNMIK institutions is needed due to the fact that these institutions are responsible in many life aspects and are directly connected with the citizens' rights.

The aim of capacity building is civil society to be able and to face the challenges and problems with the support of democracy. Member of the CDHRF Council, Mr. Ibrahim Makolli expand at the press conference the points of the regional programme for capacity building in Kosovo and neighborhood places.

In order to improve the civil society, the full cooperation between Kosovo and UNMIK institutions is needed due to the fact that these institutions are responsible in many life aspects and are directly connected with the citizens' rights.

Mr. Makolli said that the main purpose of this project was to create experience in the issue of the evaluation trough influence for the decision making processes.

Mr. Makolli also said that in Kosovo during the past civil society had functioned in the same way due to the fact that Kosovo and its society had a history based on tradition of interaction.

According to the CDHRF officers this programme will help formal and informal networks in the region.
