On Thursday, Mr. Ibrahim Makolli from CDHRF explained that the programme for civil society capacity building in Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia had regional extension with the aim to strengthen the capacities of the civil societies and formal and informal networks of NGOs for better democratic societies based on the problems with regional extension.

According to the CDHRF representatives, civil society should be strengthened in order to overcome the challenges it faces as well as the efforts of supporting the democracy development - human rights for IDPs, etc.

Mr. Makolli said that the aim of the civil society organizations was to improve cooperation between the local institutions, to participate in creation of democratic society and to enable NGOs through trainings and other activities to become more experienced.
